We now own Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, lying in Section 30, Township 10 North, Range 24 West I.M., Beckham County, Oklahoma.
Unlike automobile titles, the county does not issue anything additional to the deed you received. That is your claim to ownership.
You will need to contact them with a copy of the deed along with an IRS form W9. Many companies often use Energylink to manage their owners.
