quit claim deed help

I need an attorney or paralegal that can file a quit claim deed for Mcclain county on parcels that were missed in a prior notice.

does anyone have a recommendation for someone to hire to do this and what a typical cost should be?

A paralegal cannot prepare a deed unless under the supervision of an attorney. Deed preparation is normally about $250 from most attorneys. Filing fees are $18 for the first page and $2 for each additional page. If there is no consideration (purchase price) there is no documentary taxes.
