My mother has mineral right to 160 94 section 3 anyboby have info to help us?

My mother has a spot in divide county also.

SAMSON RESOURCES has a deal with her.

CONTINENTAL RESOURCES has a deal with her on the Burke county one I mentioned before. Are these good companys to deal with?

Ed, if you search Continental Resources in these forums, you will get a fair earful about them not paying in a timely fashion. Since you are already tied up with them I would suggest that you do whatever you can or need to do to make sure your chain of title is clear as possible. Don't give them a plausable reason to not pay, should they produce from your minerals in the future.

thanks forthe head up. I heard people getting payed hundreds of dollars a month to 10s of thousands. What a average check for this area. She has a little over 5 acres by the time its divided between others. She signed 3/16.

Ed, I couldn't tell you. It depends on the wells production and whether you have deductions other than taxes.

Ed, there is a permit in sec 8, they are actually drilling in 9, permits in 10 and 11, I think someone saw something they liked. If you aren't in too big of a hurry, maybe you have some time left on your current lease, I'd want to see what the well in sec 9 does.

Miru means moving in rigging up that sounds good. is it? We are pooled in with section 10

Ed, the well in sec 9 has a leg going south to tap sections 16 and 21. Offsite drilling. The well drilled in 10 may or may not be yours. I hope it turns out to your favor.

Thank you Ed for the info. Are we some how related My grand parents was Grote on moms side, and Johnson on my dads side I am 71 yrs old

Maybe I am 41 but I had a great grandmother from Minnesota with a last name Johnson. But she was on my Mom side. The mineral rights are on my father side. (Kraus)
