I have been approached by Surprise Valley Resources with a paid-up lease offer of 3-year primary and 2-year additional option (and as long thereafter as oil, gas, or other mineral is produced). Is that a standard statement in these lease contracts?

Some of our family members signed 3 years only. Had lawyer look over lease with addendum and has minimum royalty, not just production. Lawyer recommended. Ask around about bonus money also. Landman is for oil companies, your lawyer works for you. Good to see your ???
