I have been approached by Surprise Valley Resources with a paid up lease offer of 3 year primary & 2 year additional option (and as long thereafter as oil, gas or other mineral is produced). Is that a standard statement in these lease contracts?

Some of our family members signed 3 years only. Had lawyer look over lease with addendum and has min. royalty . not just production Lawyer recomended… Ask around about bonus money also, Landman is for oil companies, your lawyer works for you. Good to see your ???
