my question is on my dads minerals section 25 and 26 there are wells on thim but we do not have leases can the still pump with out contacting you . they always say they could not find him.
Yes, they can keep on pumping since they took the risk to drill the well. Ask if they are holding funds in suspense for him. Also check the state treasurer’s office (and also in the state of his residence if different than Utah) to see if other funds are being held.
