I WATCH IT ALL THE TIME, OVER A YEAR AGO THEY APPLIED FOR A PERMIT FOR IT, BUT I DON'T THNK THEY HAVE DONE ANYTHING ON IT, OR I CAN'T FIND OUT ABOUT IT ANYWHERE.

Did you see a permit for this on the (https://www.dmr.nd.gov/oilgas/) website under 'Oil & Gas Hearing Docket Index'? If so, what's the docket date that the permit was filed?

Yes I saw the legal description on the hearing dockets of February 25, 2-10. It is listed as Case No 12151-It is section 23, T163, R95. That is the last time I have seen anything and I watch that website all the time.

Ok, that is the location of your mineral rights. The reason why I asked you about the drilling permit & where you found the info was because I thought you were referring to mine @ 2-161N-100W which is why I started this thread.
