I watch it all the time, over a year ago they applied for a permit for it, but I don’t think they have done anything on it, or I can’t find out about it anywhere.

Did you see a permit for this on the (https://www.dmr.nd.gov/oilgas/) website under ‘Oil & Gas Hearing Docket Index’? If so, what’s the docket date that the permit was filed?

Yes, I saw the legal description on the hearing dockets of February 25, 2010. It is listed as Case No 12151. It is Section 23, Township 163, Range 95. That is the last time I have seen anything and I watch that website all the time.

Bea,

Ok, that is the location of your mineral rights. The reason why I asked you about the drilling permit & where you found the info was because I thought you were referring to mine @ 2-161N-100W which is why I started this thread.
