Question about "Notice of Continuance"

I keep getting a “Notice of Continuance” for Increased Density… This been happening for almost 3 years. What does this mean in common verbage?

May mean that they don’t have all their ducks in a row for financing or whatever. Echo is not historically an operating company. They may be drilling to find a drilling company or create a drilling company.

Slippery fingers. Meant to say looking for a drilling company to partner with or trying to hire folks to create a drilling company. They were originally a land company that spun off with some folks from Chesapeake.

The other issue may just be the crowds at the courthouse and getting a time slot. Many wells are in process, so hard to get a court date.
