Question about mineral deeds vs. mineral quit claim

If 2 siblings have control of mineral rights, and the other 2 siblings need to be added to the mineral rights deed, should there be a new deed prepared, or a mineral quit claim deed?

Sandy, I am not a lawyer, so you might want to post your question to the General Discussion forum. You would probably have a better chance at a response.
