Question about land sale

I owned 5.4 acres of land in Ward County. About 5 years ago i was asked to signed some papers regarding company exploring for minerals. I signed and received a small check around $500.I realized, I only owned the surface but not the minerals.

Now, I want to sell the land and invest the money some where else. Any suggestion on How much should I ask for? All taxes are current.
