If i sign a purchase agreement to sell part of my R.I. will their part in production start from date of purchase agreement or date mineral deed is signed. I appreciate any info on this topic
You must read the PSA. It will tell you the effective date.

Also might want to check if you have any unpaid royalties or royalties held in suspense at the state treasurer’s office or with an operator. A PSA often states that the buyer will get those royalties as well.
