Probably because BCE-MACH among others just filed for increased density for infill horizontal wells all around you in 11N-10W. Very common to get offers in adjacent sections. The buyer wants your young royalties and any future wells that might come from infilling in your section. What is the name of your well because I am not seeing a well going through 8-11N-10W yet.
