Hi. was offered $10,000 an acre for mineral rights in Reeves county. We own 17.5 acres , the property is the North Half (N/2) of Section 145, Block 13, H & GN RR. Any opinion if this is a fair deal or not. I think this would be a fair bonus for a lease, but low for a sale. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
