If the well covers two more more sections, you will get a DO that addresses your ownership. Sometimes, the percentages of the well’s production in each section are listed on the DO. Such as 49% sec1, 51% sec 12.
You do not have to sign a DO in OK. (Some other states do require signing,) The company needs your address and your W-9, so be sure and return those by certified mail return receipt.
