Public School Land Survey Sec. 6, 7 and 22, Terry Co., ACTIVITY, INFO?

My late mother left my siblings and me a lease in the above survey in Block C-38 in Terry County. I have found very little information about any activity in this area, or even where in the county it is located. Anyone willing to respond with personal knowledge about the area would be greatly appreciated. The Lessee is Clear Creek Resources. The lease expires later this year.

Your Sec. 6, 7, and 8 of Block C-38 is located in the eastern central part of Terry County. Am posting a map of Sec. 6(Abstract #683), and Sec. 7(Abstract #625). Sec. 8(Abstract #1071) is located to the South or below Sec. 7.
