Has anyone started negotiation or have information regarding the proposed transmission line ?
If this is Oncor you will have little negotiating room. In Reeves County Oncor is taking a 200 foot wide swath to install double transformer lines and paying far less than any other ROW has paid for over a decade. It does not matter if you are an individual or a large oil company. Barron Adler represents quite a few landowners in the area and charges 1/3 of the increase in funds over the original offer. Texas state law offers no protection for landowners in this situation.
