What can I do when I own a small percent of land and minerals and I inherited land and a cabal of miscreant. They happily partake in proceeds burly avoid paying property taxes. I’ve overpaid already and I’m not rolling in spare money… Don’t want to lose land in tax auction. Don’t think dividing it cwould be equitable as Tax dodger knows the land re wells etc.
Can I pay and sue Tax dodger in Small Claims court in CA? we’re both CA residents.
