We are considering hiring professional land/mineral management for out of state properties and have questions about this. Most of the land is in Wyoming, mostly in Converse County, with active gas/oil/mineral leases with Chesapeake Energy. Other Wyoming land without mineral leases is in Goshen County,Niobrara County, Weston County. There are also parcels in South Dakota and Nebraska close to the Wyoming border.

Could anyone provide names of firms active in the area?
What services do firms provide - agricultural and/or energy leases, frequency/quality of reports to contactees, abilty to maximise owner's potential income, etc.
Any ballpark estimates as to what firms charge?
