we have a well in Williams county 158-99-25 #20794 it has been on line since 12-31-2011. There is no production data for dec 2012, what is strange the ellisville bakken field with six wells also shows no production for december 2012. I could see maybe one well but not all six. all the wells are owned by petro hunt. I would be interested in what anyone has to say.
My subscription to the NDIC O&G Division runs a little over a month behind on reports, I have no figures for december. The operators themselves do not always submit to the state on time because all they have to fear is a polite letter, if very late a coolly polite letter. I think you can't assume anything. I have had people complain about their well being inactive when the well produced 6k bbl that month, whatever the problem was they probably found out about it a month late and it was probably fixed before they found out, and of course the state paperwork didn't reflect that the well was producing yet, probably hadn't even been submitted yet. I would say give it a month and see if anything changes.
