Hello all, my brother and I own roughly five acres apiece that is part of the Franke Unit off of FM 99, on CR 224. It was recently transferred to Encana. The other day we received paperwork in the mail stating that Encana wants us to sign a Production Sharing agreement. I understand it’s purpose and what they are doing with it, but my question is, is there any verbage we should be looking for in the contract or anything we should be asking for in it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you Andy
