Production sharing agreement by Rhino

Hello, I am leased to Chesapeake and receive royalty checks from the Van Cleve Unit B 1 H. In La Salle County, Tx. I was signed in 2013, I recently received a letter asking me to sign papers in order for a sister company to Chk. (by the name of RHINO )to drill two additional wells in 2023,. This is a production sharing agreement. I understand my percentage on the new wells will change. I think I need an attorney to help me muddle through this. I have never heard of this company.
Any advice would be appreciated.
