Does any one know the contact at the DEP in Charleston, WVA to inquire about production on a parcel of land...we think CNX is drilling on a parcel of land that belongs to our family in the West Union district and we are not getting royalties. We are out of state and were told that the DEP is a good place to find out production on this parcel. Any comments?
