We have producing well on our property that only is for free gas, and we do not get any delay rentals, or any royalties at all.And an affidavit came with the lease to sign stating we have no knowledge of a producing well and recieve no royalties or delay rentals. Well we know it produces just enough for the free gas, what do we do?
