I own several ORRI's in producing wells in Oklahoma. I have recently started receiving notices for hearings regarding spacing and found a recent drill permit in one of my Sections. The leases involved do not have depth severances. I'm not that familiar with Oklahoma rules but am wondering, will my ORRI be in the new well(s) once they are drilled?
