Wondering if any other royalty owners have experienced problems with Turner Properties out of OKC consecrating leases.....I signed a lease over 45 business days ago and still no bonus has arrived. They offered me a significant amount per acre in Lea Cty, NM. The lease has not been recorded at the county clerk's office to date. What recourse do I have? I have made numerous calls to their office but there always seems to be a reason they haven't paid the bonus. I do know that they are very active in Lea Cty and that the clerk's office has been behind but that should not preclude getting the bonus paid in a reasonable time period.
