I’ve been through the lease which was for a lot more than the decimal interest on the division order, and then they said we needed quiet title action. I bet 99% of people don’t or have not heard of it. Anyway, a bank handled that part and I just feel uneasy about whether or not probate has been done. The lawyers were paid a lot but I still am not sure it was done. How do I find out for sure. I received one check. Seems like ever since I got involved in this I’m angry all the time. If I had more knowledge, I would be happier. Two landmen and an attorney (he says) think I’m being cheated. Considering the bonus check and what my ownership is, I would agree.
