I've been through the lease which was for a lot more than the decimal interest on the division order,and then they said we needed quiet title action.I bet 99% of people don't or have not heard of it.Anyway, a bank handled that part and I just feel uneasy about whether or not probate has been done.The lawyers were paid a lot but I still am not sure it was done.How do I find out for sure.I received one check.Seems like ever since I got involved in this I'm angry all the time.If I had more knowledge, I would be happier.Two landmen and an attorney(he says) think I'm being cheated.Considering the bonus check and what my ownership is,I would agree.How is a bonus check calculated in Mountrail?
