My mother passed away last March in Travis County, Texas. We filed probate in that county and also created conveyances taking my sisters and my inheritance in Oil and Gas royalties to a business account. As I started contacting oil companies, I have since found out I have to file probate in Oklahoma and create the conveyances for those counties as well. These are not worth much and I would like an affordable attorney who can do this without charging more than the royalties. I have all descriptions of leases. These are in 4 counties.
