Anyone having problems getting Prime to pay royalties? For the last few years they have been undergoing a “system conversion” & have been late with payments before, but now they are not paying & using their system conversion as a reason. They are in default of both the lease terms & state statutes, but don’t seem to care. Any experience with Prime would be appreciated.
WTX Native, you’ll not get their attention without a letter from an oil and gas attorney. I say this with over 40 years as an oil and gas royalty auditor.
