Prices in Scurry County

My situation is very similar to others I see on this forum. I recently found out I own a very small portion of mineral rights. It is split between many cousins and siblings. Someone is interested in buying all of our little pieces so something can be done with them. What is a fair offer per acre foot, in Scurry County? I live in another state and am not at all familiar with oil and gas rights. Thank you in advance for your help.

The price can vary depending on the location in Scurry County. What is the legal description(Abstract #, Section #, Block #) of the acreage that you and your relatives own? Then I can pull up the GIS map and see if there is any wells close by or activity in the area.
