Can anyone who has leased mineral rights around the Piney Fork, Ohio area share dos and don’ts regarding mineral rights leasing and what oil company was involved?
There have been at least 4 or 5 drilling sites around the Piney Fork, Ohio area. One name I recall is Marcellus Shale?
