I am new to this and don’t understand much. This posting made me curious as to how close this is to my property (Section 24, Township 17, Range 2 west of Indian Meridian.) This includes 30 acres of mineral rights.
I just received an offer from Pentex Exploration & Producing, Inc to buy my minerals for $1,500 per acre. Of course, I am not going to sell but would lease. I called them and never heard back. They probably withdrew without notice.
