Used to have royalty check from XTO, now from BCE-MACH on same wells. BCE-MACH took over operations. However, XTO did not have post-production charges for marketing oil and gas and POP charges. Thoughts on next steps?
Check the wording of your lease to see if it has Gross proceeds or net Proceeds. You can contact the Division Order analyst at BCE Mach and ask why they are taking out post productions charges when XTO was not.
