Possible not Mineral Right related

Hello all,

I live in Missouri and am trying to figure out what, if anything, is in this legal description. My great aunt owned several mineral rights, and she owned a liquor store in OKC at one point, but I just found this description in her trust and can’t find anything on it! I am unsure if it is mineral related or land related, and I can’t find any other records! Thanks for the help in advance!

Lots 1 and 2 and the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 20 North, Range 10 West of the I.M., Major County.

As you stated, all that it indicates is that your great aunt’s trust claimed to own an interest of some sort in that legal description. Without a name to go off of, it would be impossible to give you more information.
