Pooling Order Not Received Yet

I am part of a pooling order for Section 33 & 34, T26N R26W, Harper County. I understand the order was approved appx May 18th. I haven't received it in the mail yet. Is it my responsibility to make sure I receive it and make my selection before 20 days after May 18th? If so, how do I get my hands on the order to make my selection?

Billy, the order was "recommended" on 5-14-13, that's like a verbal approval, The final order will have to be approved and signed by the OCC Commissioners, you will have 20 days from the date they sign it. I'll see if I can find it on the signing docket.

I've just received the order - Dated July 1st, Postmarked July 10th, Received July 17th. Since today is July 22nd am I past my opportunity to select what option I want under the pooling order? What do I do?????

Billy, the order I saw on the OCC website was dated 7-9 so I think you still have a week to respond, you might want to send it priority mail. If in doubt call the office of the Lawyer on the pooling order.

Thanks Michael. I see that it was actually signed by the OCC on July 9th so that I guess is the date I count 20 days from. Thanks so much for the help. I will send it out today Priority Mail.
