I did sign a lease- I know that many did not. A pooling situation has happened. Should I have received a copy of this Pooling Order? Should I try to get a copy? Any advice is greatly appreciated. -Jst4Grins
Same situation for my New Mexico minerals today. Very confusing for me and family in both Eddy and Lea counties.
If you signed a lease, then you are not involved in the pooling order regarding the acreage. The pooling order is for people who did not sign a lease. So you would not need a copy of it.
