Have received 2 motions before OK Commission from attorneys for Mewbourne concerning Pooling. One is for: ”Partial Vacation of Pooling Order #595210 in Section 1-25W-18N. The other one is for: Pooling. Land Covered: Section 1-18N-25W and Section 36-19N-25W This is Ellis County.
Ruth: Pooling Order 595210 pooled among other formations, the Cherokee formation. Mewbourne wants to vacate the Cherokee formation from that Order as it has not been developed. The second one is to pool the rights to the Cherokee formation in a 1280-acre unit being Section 36-19N-25W and Section 1-18N-25W. Hope that helps answer your questions.
