Pooling of Section 12-18n-3e by American Energy

I have gotten a couple of letters from attorneys about American Energy wanting to pool 12-18N-3E for a 640-acre site. Does anyone have any information on this? Have not been able to find out anything.

I assume this location is in Oklahoma. American Energy had applications filed with the OCC for Horizontal well spacing and location exception, however they were dismissed on 8-18-14. I don’t know the reason for the dismissal but I did see that a protest was lodged by another company.
