If an operator is pooling the area surrounding my wells, without renewing, or offering a lease
and, after several attempts to contact the landman, has failed. What should I do now? Its been 2 yrs or better?
If you already have wells and are held by production, the operator may have already been granted permission to pool your minerals by the lease already in force. Your lease may give you the answers.
