If all of my acerage is surrounded by laterals ( fracking laterals) will all of the acres be calculated in my royalty payments? The laterals are spaced 500+ feet apart.

the lease is from 1989 , basic 12.5% lease . my lateral info comes from wvdep. we have 164 ac but the laterals are spaced farther apart than most. we have friends who are only recieving 25-40% of their acres. the four wells from 1989 were bought out , antero has drilled the laterals but havent fracked them yet.
