If all of my acreage is surrounded by laterals (fracking laterals), will all of the acres be calculated in my royalty payments? The laterals are spaced 500+ feet apart.

The lease is from 1989, basic 12.5% lease. My lateral info comes from WVDEP. We have 164 acres but the laterals are spaced farther apart than most. We have friends who are only receiving 25-40% of their acres. The four wells from 1989 were bought out, Antero has drilled the laterals but haven’t fracked them yet.
