We are wondering what this means for us. New to asking questions . We are just started to recieve royalty interest payments this year. We recieved a letter that cimarex wants us to sign on to a pooling agreement. They are drilling 6 new horizontal wells shared between 39 and 46.
Hi, Michael! Welcome to The Forum. Pooling Agreements are pretty much standard paperwork which allows the Oil and Gas Company to bundle your lands with other lands in order to create a Unit for drilling wells in. Signing them should only improve your situation.
