Pooling Dismissed Section 28, 6-4

I received a letter from Casillas’s Lawyer today dismissing pooling orders. I was unaware of any pooling, or other new activities. However, i dis receive an offer to purchase my mineral rights on Friday. This usually means additional activity is anticipated. Is anyone aware of what any of this means?

Casillas had planned on drilling a “deeper” well to test the lower Woodford. They have decided not to do so.
