Desperately trying to find out what my mineral rights are worth in Polk County, Texas (Leggett, Texas-Ben J. Harper Survey A-36). Interested in possible sale. It is an undivided interest out of 46+ acres being 11+ acres of mineral rights. Anyone know how I can find out its value?
