Thank you for offering to share your knowledge in a podcast. I would like to "subscribe."

I listen to a monthly podcast as part of my subscription to Louis Navellier's Blue Chip Growth Stock Advisory; so, I am familiar with how his podcast works. I'll explain what Louis Navellier's podcast is like for those members who have asked questions about how a podcast works. Once a month, I receive an e-mail that contains a monthly update and a "podcast." I click onto the "podcast" icon and listen to a pre-recorded voice message from Mr. Navellier. I can listen to it, at any time, for as many times as I like. Since it is pre-recorded, one may not interact with the podcast, i.e. ask questions; however, Mr. Navellier may respond to e-mail questions he has received prior to the recording of his message. If your e-mail account allows you to create folders, you can create a folder and save the e-mail w/the podcast for future reference.

Where do I sign up, I think it would be a great service. Thanks

Hi Buddy, I would definitely be interested as I still have a lot to learn about the O&G business and especially want to keep abreast of what's happening in North Dakota O&G. Let me know if you do the podcast (not really sure what that means.....I don't Twitter, FaceBook.....just email. Mahahlo, Ron

Buddy,

Thanks for keeping me on your "friends" list!! It could be very interesting to see how this all works and I would like to be included. Look forward to lots of oil "related" perspectives from you on issues that arise and affect us. Can water issues be included? Or will that stray too far?

Don

I think this is a fantastic idea, Buddy, and I’m very much looking forward to hearing more of your insights. Please add me to the list. j.vinekar@johnsonbender.com

i think this is a great idea to edicate people on how gas companys can screw them around and im looking forward to the podcast thanks johnny farris

Dear Mr. Farris,

Philosophically, my approach is not going to be an confrontational "us vs them."

Generally, my concept is to develop easy to digest snippets, each one just a few minutes long concerning the state of the industry and to answer some e-mailed in questions that would appeal to a wide audience. Not a full meal, just appetizers.

Incidentally, for those who do not know yet, Mineral Rights Forum is THE premiere destination for (in my opinion) industry and civilians alike. Where else can industry go to monitor honest uncensored concerns of landowners and where else can mineral owners go almost at any time of the day or night with a question and have a good chance of researching right here for a good answer? I know of none other.

Buddy:

Thanks again for giving of your time for this cause. Best of luck on this new Podcast and I'm sure it will be very informative to all on this forum.

ok...I'm ready to download to podcast app on my iphone!!!

yes thank you Buddy,

M.S. Oil working for us ,hope alls well for you.

Dear Mike,

I will e-mail you when it is up and running and you can let your pals know.

Buddy: Sounds great and always look forward to your knowledgeable commentary in helping to inform mineral and royalty owners. How can we help?

I would be interested

Keep it real, Buddy. Don't cater to any special interest group. Do what you do. Shoot from the hip. Give your honest opinion based on your knowledge and experience, on the subject matter of oil and gas. I for one respect your knowledge, experience and opinion, go for it, Buddy.

How about YouTube videos which we can watch repeatedly and at any time? It would enable you to be able to use visual aids if you desire. . .

Dear Out of State,

That has certainly crossed my mind. Anybody with a smart phone can download a youtube and it may appeal to a larger audience.

Problem is -- I do not know how to incorporate the visual aids. I did see a Powerpoint to video converter. Might have to give it a try.

Dear Out of State,

OK, this is going to be a reality. I learned how to record an MP3, add video and upload to yourtube.com. This works out great, I think. If you sign up for a youtube account, then subscribe to the feed, youtube automatically e-mails you when a new podcast is uploaded.

I considered the idea of a live internet call in radio show, but quickly discounted that idea.

For those that want, go to my homepage here, then to my website. Go to the contact me section and upload any questions you want to ask. I will pick a few and begin them like "Mike from Tacoma asks..."

Beginning shortly, I will be running banner ads only on this website announcing the launch and how to get to my website and instructions on how to sign up -- maybe even a test podcast welcoming everybody. I think that this will be fun, informative and instructive.

I will ask my able bodied assistant, Ms. Dixie Flagg to do the intro!

For both Dixie and myself, I hope that you can tolerate East Texas drawl.

Thank you each and every one for your kind support.

ok....many are waiting. I, for one may need you assistance down the line in Logan county where my mother, by court order in a joint ownership arrangement, was given mineral rights in section 9 when the other owner died without a will or probate in Oklahoma. a notarized copy of the order I have but it does not mention the mineral rights as the addendum to the estate tax return does. an unofficial copy. the state tax agency said they do not have microfish that goes back that far (1984), and no probate filing in the Supreme Court system also. so....no need to comment....I have not even received any looks yet. thank, Larry Banyash MD
