Podcast interest

The idle mind.....

I was looking on e-bay and found a pretty slick looking 1950's looking microphone. Before long, after some reflections into the bottom of a glass of gin and tonic, I had an epiphany.

It occurred to me that there just might be some people out there that would not mind hearing a monthly podcast -- occurring mid month, every month. I would hit on the state of the oil and gas economy and my fearless forecast (or at the least, factors to watch for) for the upcoming months). I would also seek listener questions that can be answered in a sentence or two. Nothing too lawfully technical. This will not be a course on oil and gas law. Things that you might want to ask an expert witness on land, leasing and title (like me).

Let me know here of your interest. I think that it might be fun for me to promote my basic agenda, which is to offer contributions, through a vast and varied knowledge of our industry, as a value added benefit to the many participants in this network who are forming opinions and seeking solutions in an ever-changing and ever-more-informed society, involving landowner/company negotiations and operations. This is doing the "good work" that needs to be done. I just hope that I am doing it.

I think that would be a good service Buddy. I know I would subscribe and listen!! Take care, Ted in california

Thanks, Ted/Ned.

Did I mention it was free?

Nice!

Count me in, Buddy. It sounds very interesting and you know I can't turn down quality freebies.

BTW, not being familiar with podcasts, is this something where I could call in during the podcast with a question?

Yours,,,,,

I would also welcome such a service. As long as it worded so a Polak can understand what your talking about.

For me to do that, I would have to engage my more than able bodied assistant, Ms. Dixie Flagg for her help.

Could be a fireside chats type of atmosphere. I'm in!

Buddy,

I think it would be fabulous. I've been actively learning about the oil industry and leasing process for a year, and still a novice that wants to learn as much as I can.

An expert like yourself willing to share a vast amount of knowledge, some of which the average mineral owner would never know, is priceless.

Thanks for all you do in here as well.

Susan

Buddy,

What sounded like a good idea at the outset has turned out to be not so good. After all, we should keep oil as the main subject. : )

Yours,,,,,

Buddy: Sounds great and always look forward to your knowledgeable commentary in helping to inform mineral and royalty owners. How can we help?

Buddy, this is Jerry Scott from Brighton Michigan. I'm all for it. I enjoy your comments and appreciate your knowledge. Thanks for all you do.

Count me in. I'm looking forward to it!

Great idea ...

Buddy,

I think this sounds wonderful. I would love to tune in.

Thanks for offering this.

Sandy

Sounds good to me.

I would be interested, my issue is only time restraints. I have always been appreciative of your advice. Go for it and thank you for your time.

As usuall comming from you. What a GREAT idea Buddy! I'm in and can you share that Gin and Tonic?

I think it's a great idea, especially for a newcomer like myself to the Industry. I look forward to it.

Thank's Buddy.
