Antero sent me two certified letters telling me there was to be a plat survey on August 23, 2012 and another letter that there was to be a plat survey on August 28, 2012. I am the surface owner and mineral rights owner. Could someone that is familiar with these plat surveys explain their function. Thank you in advance for your help.
