I recently received an offer to either sell my mineral rights for a lump sum or lease them. Before I respond, I wanted to see if anyone here is aware of any recent or planned activity in these sections: 14-17N-25W, 11-17N-25W, and 23-17N-25W (Roger Mills County).

Over the past three months we have been getting a lot of interest in buying our mineral rights in Roger Mills, sections 3&10-15N-24W. Anyone else hearing anything? We might be open to selling.
You are getting interest because Upland has permitted a horizotal well for the Cherokee formation. You may have several more infill wells in the future, Buyers tend to offer lowball offers in hope that folks will bite, They plan to make a profit off the mineral owner with the new wells.

Upland Exploration, Mako Resources and Allegiant Resources have done a little bit of leasing around you in the last three years. A few permits and a rig to the north of you in 12N-25W.
