Can anyone tell me a fair price for an oil and gas leases in Pittsburgh County, OK, Section 21, Township 6 North Range 16? I have been contacted by Continental Land Resources and the offer seems extremely low.
Have been approached to have my minerals leased/drilled. The drilling company wants to build a drilling pad with four natural gas wells. They have offered $25,000 for the drilling pad and $10,000 for each well. How does this align with the going rate?
