Has anyone sold their mineral rights in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, or know what kind of prices are being offered?
If you look at an Oklahoma map you will see that Pittsburg County is one of the largest counties in the state. Geologically it varies from goat pasture to old established production. Without a Section, Township, and Range, any answer you receive will be meaningless, IMHO.
