I have property with a 150’ pipeline easement and the boundaries are clearly marked. Four pipelines are out of easement 25’. These lines were put in about 34 years ago. I have owned the property for about ten years. They are wanting to put in another line and they may have enough room to work without buying temporary work space. This probably couldn’t happen except for the 25’ they have out of easement. Can I make them pay for the 25’ of four pipelines out of easement?
