How can I get access to the proposed pipeline tract in its entirety, beginning to substation?
If you are in Texas, you might check with the RR Commission. I know sometimes I get noticed about a proposed line that varies all over the place and if you are good with maps, you can try to see where they are likely to put it. Other than that, ask the landman who calls you to negotiate your tract for a map.
