I am looking for information on what the fair market price would be for a company to offer for a gas pipeline right of way.
Enterprise Liquids Pipeline LLC is looking into constructing a pipeline project in Licking County which will possibly run through my property and I want to find out what a fair price would be for the right of way. I know that in Texas an oil pipeline right of way went for $500.00 a rod.
Can anyone give some advice on this issue and also what else to look at so I don’t get taken by Enterprise Liquids Pipeline LLC.
